This week's movie is The Ramen Girl. It's an American independent film directed by Robert Ackerman. One must be careful to not dismiss this movie just because it stars Brittany Murphy. The easy movie to compare this one to is Lost in Translation. While they are both about Americans being lost in Japan, they are quite different movies.Official Synopsis:
